Submit a Funding Request

Annually, the Wear Community Fund chooses from many worthwile projects in San Diego's Council District 2.

The following proceedures are required for your project or organization to be reviewed:

  • Funds must be on a matching basis and annual allocations generally range from $200 to $1,500
  • Allocations for Major Capital Campaigns may range from $5000 to $25,000 over a three to five year period
  • Submittal Deadline is September 1st
  • Please include a Proposal (on 8.5 X 11 paper - maximum 5 pages) for your Funding Request
  • Please include a few photos of your organization activities
  • include federal tax id # indicating your 501 (c) 3 status, financial report from the past year
